Children as Caregivers

Children as Caregivers (2005-2014), an ethnographic study of children’s roles in caregiving for parents or guardians who suffered from TB and often also had HIV. The study took place in Lusaka, Zambia and was funded by the National Science Foundation, the Wenner-Gren Foundation for Anthropological Research, Fulbright, and AAUW (the American Association of University Women).
